摘 要:目的与传统教学模式进行比较,评估基于新媒体技术的授课模式在医学专业本科生儿科学教学中的应用价值。方法 2019年为传统授课模式、2020年为基于新媒体技术的授课模式。两组分别纳入学生132和136人。将问卷调研结果、学生自测成绩、课后学习时间在两组间进行比较,评估教学效果及教学满意度。结果相较于传统教学组,新媒体组学生课后学习时间显著减少0.7小时/周(P=0.039);对教学质量及课程满意度高(P < 0.001);学生课后自测成绩提高6.4分(P=0.02),成绩优秀率提高显著,为传统教学组的2.2倍(P < 0.001)。结论基于新媒体技术的儿科学授课模式有效减少了学生课外学习时间,显著提高了儿科学成绩及优秀率、深受医学本科生的好评。未来需探讨如何优化课程设计、进一步提高教学效率。Objective By comparing to lecture-based-learning(LBL)methodology,this study aims to explore the value of new media(NM)technology in undergraduate medical education in pediatrics.Methods There were 132 and 136 students enrolled into the LBL group in 2019 and NM group in 2020,respectively.The results of questionnaire survey,students’ test scores and study time after class were compared between the two groups to evaluate the teaching effect and course satisfaction.Results Compared with the LBL group,study time after class in NM group was decreased by 0.7 hour/week(P=0.039)with a significant high score for teaching quality and course satisfaction(P<0.001).Students’ test scores were improved by 6.4 points(P=0.02).The percentage of excellent rate in pediatrics was increased significantly,about 2.2 times that of the LBL group(P<0.001).Conclusions The teaching mode based on new media technology could effectively reduce students’ extra-curricular study time,significantly improve the excellence rate in pediatrics.Future study is warrant to optimize new media technology based curriculum design to further improve the teaching quality.
