摘  要:为了探索绿色、环保、安全的儿茶素提取新方法,首先筛选出最适的儿茶素低共熔溶液提取体系:乳酸-甜菜碱;其次,得到最佳单因素提取条件:提取时间40 min、提取温度60℃、含水率30%、摩尔比2︰1、固液比1︰40 g/mL;在此基础上,设置提取时间、提取温度、溶液含水率三因素为自变量,以儿茶素的提取率为响应值进行Box-Behnken响应面优化分析,优化后的提取条件为:提取时间40 min、提取温度60℃,低共熔溶液含水率为32%,儿茶素提取率为15.22%。优化后低共熔溶液法提取的儿茶素组分中,含量最高的为EGCG,达到1.68 mg/mL,含量最低的为CG,为0.04 mg/mL。In order to explore a new method of green,environmental protection and safety for the extraction of catechine,the optimum deep eutectic solvents(DESs)extraction system of catehine was selected as lactic acid and betaine,and then the optimum single factor extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time 40 min,extraction temperature 60℃,water content 30%,molar ratio 2︰1,and solid-liquid ratio 1︰40 g/m L.On this basis,the extraction time,extraction temperature and water content were set as independent variables,and the extraction rate of catechine was analyzed by Box-Behnken response surface optimization analysis.The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:time 40 min,temperature 60℃,and water containing 32%.The extraction rate of catechine was 15.22%.Among the catechins extracted by the optimized deep eutectic solution,the highest content of catechin was EGCG,which was 1.68 mg/mL,and the lowest was CG,which was 0.04 mg/mL.
