摘  要:中华人民共和国成立70年来,我国教师教育政策大致经历了起伏跌宕、恢复重建、法治规范、改革创新、深化拓展五个阶段的演进。教师教育政策的出台与实施,推动了教师教育体系的构建和教师教育理念的转变。展望未来,我国教师教育政策的发展需进一步科学规划教师培养供需关系,深化改革教师培养方式,建立顺应国际化发展的教师教育体制。In the 70 years since the founding of the Peopled Republic of China,teacher education policies in China have undergone the following five phases:ups and downs,restoration and reconstruction,standardized rule of law,reform and innovation,and deepening and expansion.The introduction and implementation of teacher education policies has promoted the construction of teacher education system and the transformation of teacher education ideas.Looking forward to the future,the state should plan the relationship between supply and demand in teacher training in a scientific way,deepen the reform of teacher training mode,and establish the teacher education system conforming to the international development.
