摘　　要：为辅助提高生物化学理论课教学质量,提高学生对实验课的兴趣,针对本学院6个专业2018级350名在校生进行PBL教学方法设计。在实验过程中整合教学内容、设置真实情境问题、模拟实验现场教学、挖掘隐含知识。PBL教学法有利于学生巩固课堂理论知识,熟练掌握实验技能,发挥主观能动性,深入探索机理与技术的关联,提高科研综合素质,培养核心能力。In order to improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry theory course and improve the students'interest in Biochemistry experiment,the PBL teaching method will be carried out for 350 undergraduates of 2018 for 6 majors in our college.In the process of experiment,we integrated the teaching content,set up real situation problems to simulate experimental on-site teaching and explored implicit knowledge.The PBL teaching method helped students to consolidate the theoretical knowledge,master the experimental skills,exert subjective initiative,explore the relationship between mechanism and technology,improve the comprehensive quality of scientific research,and cultivate core competence.
