辅导员软实力融入大学生思想政治教育实例探析

摘　　要：辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的重要组织者和实施者,他们对学生的成长成才及身心全面发展有着不可替代的作用。本文通过实例分析,阐述了辅导员软实力融入大学生思想政治教育工作中的必要性、可行性、重要性,提出了新时代背景下基于辅导员软实力进行大学生思想政治教育路径开拓的新举措。The counselors are the important organizers and implementers of the ideological and political education and management.They play an important role in the full development of students.This paper elaborated the necessity,feasibility and importance of the counselor’s soft power integrating into the ideological and political education for college students based on a large number of case analysis.Some new paths of ideological and political education of college students based on the soft power of counselors are put forward.
