摘  要:职业教育领域教师作为各国技能人才供给库的锻造者,在培养和培训方面备受国际重视。联合国教科文组织、欧盟、经济合作和发展组织等近些年纷纷将关注点从职业教育本身拓展到职业教育教师的生存与发展上。在国际上,基于"工程师"和"教师"的特殊角色构成,职业教育教师的专业化发展在内容上多集中于结构类型细分、能力框架建立以及阶梯式教育开展三大方面,并呈现出专业持续化趋势和信息便捷化趋势。As a forger of the supply of skilled talents in various countries,VET teachers have received much attention from the international community.In recent years,UNESCO,EU,OECD,etc.have made relevant regulations from vocational education itself to the survival and development of VET teachers.Based on the special roles of"engineers"and"teachers"of VET teachers,this article considers the content of professional development with reference to the experience of many countries,focusing on the three major aspects:subdivision of structure types,establishment of competency frameworks,and stepwise education.The article also explores two major trends of professional development of VET teachers,one is the trend of professional continuity,and the other is the trend of information convenience.
