摘　　要：利用矩阵的奇异值分解,通过构造一些框架,解决了求解框架算子逆的复杂性问题;同时,也利用酉矩阵得到了一些新的紧框架.In this paper,we construct some finite frames by using singular value decomposition of matrices to solve the problem of the computational complexity of the inverse frame operator.Moreover,we also construct some tight frames by using the Unitary matrices.
