摘  要:时空灵活和全民性是终身教育体系的基础特征,核心价值的内在一致性和学习成果的关联性是其本质特征,践行可持续发展则是终身教育体系在未来需要努力形成的新时代特征。当基于以人民为中心的发展思想构建"面向每个人、适合每个人"的教育体系时,需要在社会结构意义上进行追问,即对各类社会人群及其生活条件进行具体而细微的系统研究。实现终身教育体系的可持续发展、衔接协同无壁垒及主体学习需求的内化,可能会成为其宏观、中观、微观层面的构建愿景。应将中国特色社会主义学习型社会作为建设的目标追求,坚持个人价值与社会价值的有机统一,坚持全民覆盖与重点服务人群相结合,以学习型社区(乡镇)作为建设的重要载体和抓手,实施政府主导与相关利益关系人共同参与的治理体系。要促成"每个人"作为学习型社会的受益主体、建设主体,成为共学互学主体,在学习型社会中学习,创造"每个人"的甚至是"人"的生活世界。Space-temporal flexibility and universality are the basic characteristics of lifelong education system;the intrinsic consistency of core values and the relevance of learning outcomes are its essential characteristics,and the practice of sustainable development is the new era characteristics that the lifelong education system should be shaped in the future. When building an education system that is " for everyone and suitable for everyone" based on the vision of people-centered development,it is necessary to be questioned closely in the sense of social structure,that is,to carry out specific and subtle systematic research on all kinds of social groups and their living conditions. The realization of the sustainable development of lifelong education system,the convergence and coordination of non-barriers and the internalization of the subject’s learning needs may become its construction vision at the macro,meso and micro levels. We should take the socialist learning society with Chinese characteristics as the goal of development,adhere to the organic unity of personal value and social value,adhere to the combination of universal coverage and key service groups,take the learning communities( villages and towns) as the important carrier and gripper,and implement governmentled governance system with the participation of relevant stakeholders. " Everyone" should be promoted to be the beneficiary and construction subject of the learning society,to become the subject of mutual learning,to learn in the learning society,and to create the life world of " everyone" or even " human being".
