基于师范气质背景下师范生就业能力的独有标识、培养路径与呈现效果——以温州大学教育学院师范生培养为例

摘　　要：师范生是明日之师,具有“博·爱·雅·艺”师范气质师范生的培养,是育人本质的应然要求、人的全面发展的必然要求、大国良师培养的人才需求、就业能力的岗位需求,直接影响着基础教育事业的发展。以“师范气质”为中心建设和发展师范专业,需围绕“博·爱·雅·艺”四个方面,在人才培养课程体系、课外体验活动体系、校外教育协同体系等方面开展新的建设举措。经历了十余年的研究与实践,“师范气质”型师范生就业能力得到显著优化,不仅塑造了卓越教师雏形、能够胜任教育教学工作且广受用人单位好评,人才培养成效显著。希冀在温州大学教育学院试点成功的举措能为地方性师范院校师范生的培养提供借鉴与启示。Normal students are the teachers of tomorrow.The cultivation of normal students with the temperament of"Erudite·Love·Elegant·Art"is the natural requirement of the essence of education,the inevitable requirement of the all-round development of human beings,the talent demand of the cultivation of good teachers in big countries and the post demand of employment ability,which directly affects the development of basic education.In order to build and develop the normal major with"normal temperament"as the center,we need to carry out new construction measures in the aspects of talent training curriculum system,extracurricular experience activity system,extracurricular education coordination system,etc.around the four aspects of"Erudite·Love·Elegant·Art".After more than ten years of research and practice,the employment ability of normal students of"normal temperament"type has been significantly optimized,not only shaping the prototype of excellent teachers,competent for education and teaching,but also widely praised by employers,with remarkable talent training results.It is hoped that the successful measures in Wenzhou University can provide reference and enlightenment for the training of normal students in local normal universities.
