摘  要:信息化教学手段已经成为教育教学改革的主要方式。将信息技术应用到课程教学过程中,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣和老师的教学质量。以江苏省教学能力大赛一等奖作品"微生物培养基的制备"为例,详细介绍信息化教学设计的全过程,为高职食品专业类课程教学信息化改革提供一些思路。Information teaching method has become the main way of education and teaching reform. The application of information technology in teaching greatly improves the students’ interest in learning and the teachers’ teaching quality. This paper took the course of "the preparation of microbial culture medium",the first prize of Jiangsu information teaching competition, as an example, and introduced the whole process of information-based teaching design in detail,in order to provide some ideas for the teaching information reform of food major courses in higher vocational education.
