摘  要:混龄教育有其独特的价值:多维立体的环境为幼儿成长奠定社会意识和自我认知的基础,多维立体的课程为幼儿成长提供丰富的营养和成长土壤,多维立体的教学让幼儿成长有着个性化和多样化的样态,多维立体的评价让幼儿成长多元发展、个性张扬。从教育的理性分析来看,混龄教育其实是在尊重幼儿生长的客观规律,尊重幼儿之间的差异,积极挖掘和利用这种差异,有效促进幼儿科学发展的一种实践范式。Mixed-age education has its unique value:the multi-dimensional environment lays the foundation of social awareness and self-cognition for the growth of children,the multi-dimensional curriculum provides rich nutrition and growth soil for the growth of children,and the multi-dimensional teaching allows children to grow up with a personalized and diversified appearance,multi-dimensional and three-dimensional evaluation allows children to grow with diversity and develop individuality.From a rational analysis of education,mixed-age education is actually a practical paradigm that respects the objective laws of children’s growth,respects the differences between children,and actively taps and uses such differences to effectively promote the scientific development of children.
