摘 要:对分课堂的核心理念是课堂时间一半由教师讲授,另一半留给学生开展小组讨论,而且学生是在对教学内容进行内化吸收后再进行讨论。在食品质量与安全专业基础课程食品分析的教学实践中采用了这种教学模式,取得了良好效果。通过导读式讲授、课后写读书笔记和"亮考帮"、课堂小组讨论和全班交流,学生的学习积极性、主动性显著增强,创新性和批判性思维、沟通交流和语言表达能力得到切实培养,实现了"以教为中心"到"以学为中心"的转变。The key idea of PAD Class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)is to allocate half of the class time to teacher's presentation and the other half to students'discussion.The presentation and discussion are separated so that students have enough time for individualized assimilation.PAD Class teaching mode was adopted in Food Analysis,a specialized foundation course of Food Quality and Safety,and good results were achieved.Through guided teaching,writing reading notes and"Shining,Examining and Helping",group discussion and class communication,students'learning enthusiasm and initiative were significantly enhanced,innovative and critical thinking,communication and language expression abilities were cultivated,and the transformation from teaching-centered to learning-centered was realized.
