摘　　要：基础外语教育在我国整个外语教育中处于首要地位,强化外语教师教学能力是新时代提高基础外语教育育人质量的关键,而有效地提升民族地区基础教育外语教师的教学能力则有助于推进教育公平和促进国家多语能力的发展。文章采用目的抽样方式、问卷调查和深度访谈,对贵州3个少数民族自治州基础教育外语教师的教学能力进行了深入调研。结果发现,贵州民族地区基础教育外语教师存在育人意识薄弱、育人能力不强、教学能力支持发展体系不足以及本民族母语文化知识缺失等问题。基于研究结果,文章提出如下解决问题的措施和策略:不断完善民族地区外语教师专业理念与师德发展的育人路径;构建民族地区基础教育外语教学能力发展的支持体系;协调好少数民族母语文化与外语教育之间的关系;建立民族地区三语教师可持续发展体系等。Based on the teaching ability of foreign language teachers in basic education in three minority autonomous prefectures in Guizhou province,this paper investigates the deficiencies of foreign language teachers in basic education in minority areas in terms of their professional philosophy,professional knowledge and professional ability.The paper puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the developmental paths of foreign language teachers'professional philosophy and ethics,constructing a support system for the development of the teaching ability of basic foreign language teachers in minority areas,coordinating the relationship between the native culture and foreign language education in minority areas,and establishing a sustainable development system for trilingual teachers in basic education in minority areas.
