基于“仁”文化的高职医护专业思政德育体系构建与实践——以金华职业技术学院医学院为例

摘　　要：“立德树人”是高校育人根本任务,“德术兼修”是高等职业教育人才培养的目标。金华职业技术学院医学院基于优秀传统“仁”文化,通过建设典型案例教学库、推进“医学+思政”课程教学改革,设置“课程化”活动项目、搭建第二课堂实践平台,实施量化积分制考核评价、建立多主体协同育人机制,加强育人队伍建设,发挥“他育”“自育”协同合力,形成了特色性“三仁行、三路径、三悟形”思政德育体系,取得了一定成效。“Leading morality and cultivating people”is the fundamental task of educating people in colleges and universities,and“concurrently studying morals and academics”is the goal of higher vocational education.Based on the excellent traditional“benev olence”culture,the Medical Department of Jinhua Polytechnic has built a typical case teaching library,promoted the teaching reform of“medicine+ideological and political”courses,set up“curriculization”activities,built a second classroom practice platform,and implemented quantitative evaluation system,established a multi-subject collaborative education mechanism,strengthen the construction of the education team,exert the synergy of“other education”and“self-education”,and form a characteristic“three benevolence,three paths,three comprehension”ideological,political and moral education system,and which has achieved certain results.
