摘  要:临床思维的教学是临床医学教育中的核心内容。正确的临床思维能有效地指导临床,不仅体现了临床医师最重要的基本功,还是保证医疗水平的关键。通过采用不同的临床思维教学方法,教师可以指导医学生和住院医师整合并应用所学的临床知识,正确认识疾病的本质,进行逻辑推理和综合分析,提出并解决临床问题,培养并提高医学生与住院医师的临床思维能力,并将正确的临床思维应用于临床实践。The teaching of clinical reasoning is the core of clinical medical education.Right clinical reasoning can serve as an effective guide to clinical practice,which not only reflects the most important basic skills of clinicians,but also is the key to high-quality health care.By adopting different teaching approaches to clinical reasoning,teachers can guide medical students and resident doctors to integrate and apply their clinical knowledge to better understand the nature of disease.Meanwhile,teaching of clinical reasoning helps students and resident doctors solve clinical problems by means of logical reasoning and comprehensive analysis and to improve their clinical reasoning in clinical practice.
