摘  要:食品添加剂作为改善食品风味和品质的物质被广泛应用于饮料、糖果、巧克力、果冻等食品中。为控制食品添加剂的用量、保障食品的质量以及食用者的生命安全,对食品中的添加剂进行检测成为了一项重要任务。在食品添加剂的分析检测过程中,样品前处理的操作步骤较为繁琐,且容易造成实验误差。为进一步提高检测的灵敏度和准确性,磁性固相萃取技术(Magnetic-solid phase extraction,MSPE)作为一项新兴的样品前处理方法,因其具有分离过程快速、操作简便高效、吸附效率强等特性被越来越广泛地应用于食品添加剂的检测中。文章主要综述近年来食品添加剂的主要检测技术,以及利用不同类型磁性纳米材料制备的新型磁性吸附剂在食品添加剂检测中的应用,以期针对不同食品中的各类食品添加剂,选择不同类型的磁性材料制备磁性吸附剂。同时讨论研究磁性固相萃取在食品添加剂检测分析中的最新应用,为其在食品安全分析中的应用提供理论依据。Food additives,as substances to improve the flavor and quality of food,are widely used in the production of foods such as beverages,candies,chocolates,jellies,etc.It is an important task to detect the additives in food to ensure the quality of food and the safety of consumers.In the process of analysis and detection of food additives,the operation steps of sample pretreatment are complicated and easy to cause experimental error.In order to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of experimental detection,magnetic-solid phase extraction (MSPE) as a new sample preparation method,it is widely used in the determination of food additives because of its fast separation process,simple and efficient operation and strong adsorption efficiency.The main detection techniques of food additives in recent years and the application of new magnetic adsorbents made from different types of magnetic nano-materials in the detection of food additives are reviewed,with a view to selecting different types of magnetic materials to prepare magnetic adsorbent for different types of food additives.At the same time,the latest application of magnetic solid phase extraction in the detection and analysis of food additives was discussed to provide atheoretical basis for its application in food safety analysis.
