摘　　要：高职院校肩负着培养技能型人才的重要使命,文章针对当前高职院校存在的劳动教育认识片面、内容途径单一、大学生劳动意识淡薄等一系列问题,提出了高职院校加强和改进劳动教育的意见建议。Higher Vocational Colleges shoulder the important mission of training skilled talents.In view of a series of problems existing in the current Higher Vocational Colleges,such as one-sided understanding of labor education,the single way of implementation and weak labor consciousness etc.,suggestions are put forward on strengthening and improving labor education in Higher Vocational Colleges.
