摘  要:师生关系的演变是教育学研究中的重要议题之一,而教学关系是师生关系的主题与集结点。跨学科、多层面地剖析师生教学关系是当前研究的主要特征,该文力图以生态系统的术语类比教育系统,在教学生态系统的视域下分析师生教学关系的演变,分别论述了从古代以教师为主体到现在以学生为主体的师生教学关系,以及当下所倡导的主体间师生教学关系,并着重分析了教学媒体在这一系统中所扮演的角色。该文认为人工智能时代的师生关系将由平衡走向共生,特别是互利共生,其特征为教学中师生教学交互的深入性、教学中各类语言理解的透彻性、教师立德树人作用的显著性,而要构建这种互利共生的师生教学关系,需要把握以下五点,即充分发挥人工智能在共生关系中的中轴作用,重新审视教学中师生各自的角色定位,重视师生教学关系质量的评价与提升,追求更高层次的师生情感交互,坚守技术应用的教师专业伦理。The evolution of teacher-student relationship is one of the important topics in pedagogy research,and teaching relationship is the theme and assembly point of teacher-student relationship.Interdisciplinary,multi-level analysis of the relationship between teachers and students is the main feature of the current research.This paper attempts to use the terminology of ecosystem to analogize the education system,and analyzes the evolution of the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of teaching ecosystem.It discusses the relationship between teachers and students from ancient times to students,and the relationship between teachers and students advocated at present The role of teaching media in this system is analyzed.This paper holds that the relationship between teachers and students in the era of artificial intelligence will move from balance to symbiosis,especially mutualism.Its characteristics are the depth of teacher-student interaction in teaching,the thoroughness of all kinds of language understanding in teaching,and the remarkable role of teachers in cultivating people.In order to construct this kind of mutual beneficial and symbiotic relationship between teachers and students,we need to grasp the following five points:giving full play to the symbiosis of artificial intelligence We should re-examine the roles of teachers and students in teaching,attach importance to the evaluation and improvement of the quality of teaching relationship between teachers and students,pursue a higher level of emotional interaction between teachers and students,and adhere to the professional ethics of technology application.
