摘 要:通过对美国加州大学洛杉矶分校大卫·格芬医学院进行为期半年的教学观摩,了解了其医学实验教学的特点,其机能实验更为重视人体实验、重视医学基础与临床实践的结合、重视团队讨论,而这些措施有利于培养学生的思考和创新能力。针对部分医学院校医学生理学实验教学中存在的问题,如缺乏人体生理实验、医学生创新思维能力的培养不足等提出改革的设想。The author learned about the characteristics of medical experimental teaching through a six-month observation of David Geffen Medical College at the University of California,Los Angeles in the United States.Notably,the functional experiment courses set up by David Geffen Medical College of the University of California,Los Angeles focus on human body experiments,and emphasize a combination of medical basis and clinical practice,as well as group discussions.These measures are conducive to the cultivation of students'critical thinking and innovation ability.Meanwhile,the problems existing in the physiological experimental course have been pointed out in some medical school in our country,such as the lack of experimental design of human physiology,and the lack of cultivation of innovative thinking of medical students,and reform of physiological experimental course has been given.
