摘 要:近年来,美国电子教科书获得了较大的发展,但也同时面临一些困境。在此背景下,文章首先梳理了美国电子教科书的发展进程;随后分析了美国电子教科书的发展特点,即联邦和州合力支持电子教科书发展、州教育行政部门建立完善的电子教科书管理机制、明确将“定制以学生为中心的个性化课程”作为电子教科书的开发理念、重视开展教师信息化技能专业培训等;最后从传统教材地位、接受度、网络设施设备等角度挖掘了美国电子教科书面临的发展困境。在此基础上,文章总结了美国电子教科书开发与使用的经验,为我国全面普及电子教科书带来了一些启示。In recent years,American electronic textbooks have achieved great development,but they are also facing some difficulties at the same time.In this context,the paper firstly sorted out the development process of American electronic textbooks.Then,the development features of American electronic textbooks was analyzed,which was the federal and state worked together to support the development of electronic textbooks,and the state education administrative departments established a perfect electronic textbooks management mechanism,and clearly determined“customizing student-centered personalized courses”as the development concept of electronic textbooks,attached great importance to the professional training of teacher informationization skills.Finally,the development difficulties faced by American electronic textbooks were excavated from the perspectives of traditional textbook status,acceptance,and network facilities and equipments.On this basis,the development and use experiences of American electronic textbooks were summarized,which brought some inspirations for the popularization of electronic textbooks in China.
