摘　　要：为适应"未来社区"建设方案中建筑场景对建筑行业人才和"职教20条"对高职职业技能新需求带来的变化,文章通过对现行高职建筑设计专业主干课程"居住区规划"在空间形态、建造产品以及建造技术3个维度上与"未来社区"进行比较研究,在课程设置、教学组织、教学方法、教学内容、评价体系五方面进行改革,并进行教学效果满意度调查,反思教学改革实施过程中存在的不足。In order to adapt to the changes brought about by the architectural scene new demands for talents in the construction industry and"20 items of vocational education reform"new demands for higher vocational skills in the development scheme of"future community",this article compares the current main higher vocational architectural design major course"Residential Area Planning"with the"future community"in the three dimensions of spatial form,construction products and construction technology,and compares the existing problems in curriculum setting,teaching organization,teaching methods,teaching content,and evaluation system were reformed in five aspects.At the end of the semester,students were surveyed on the satisfaction of teaching effects,and summarized the problems that occurred during the implementation of teaching reform.
