摘 要:我国全科医学和社区护理学实践教学的发展较国外滞后,实践教学的内容、方法和模式虽然逐渐多样化,但仍具有扩展的空间。与国外相比,我国社区实践教学基地的设置范围较局限,且带教师资教学能力不足,培养方案也不够完善,这将直接影响到未来全科医师和社区护士的质量。着眼于探讨国内外全科医学和社区护理学实践教学的内容、方法、模式以及社区实践教学基地及带教师资的现状,为推动我国社区实践教学的不断完善,加强社区人才培养提供参考。The development of China's practical teaching in general medicine and community nursing lags behind that of other countries.Although the content,methods,and modes of practical teaching have gradually become more diversified,there is still room for expansion.Compared with other countries,the scope of community practical tea-ching bases set up in China is more limited.In addition,the teaching capabilities of the teachers are worse,and teacher training programs are less sound.This will directly affect the quality of future general practitioners and community nurses.This study aims to examine the content,methods,and modes of practical teaching for general medicine and community nursing at home and abroad,as well as evaluate the current status of community practical teaching bases and teacher qualifications.This is intended to provide a reference for continuous improvement in community teaching and strengthen talent development in China.
