摘　　要：报告从天津市河北区学习型城区建设测评项目实践出发,对测评背景和测评指标体系进行了说明,介绍了河北区学习型城区建设测评实施情况,通过测评结果反映了河北区学习型城区建设工作成效和存在的问题,同时对推进河北区学习型城区建设工作提出了针对性的意见和建议。Started from thepracticing appraisal project of learning urban district in Hebei District,Tianjin,it explained the appraisal background and the system of appraising indicators,made introduction of practiced appraisal of building learning urban district in Hebei District and reflected the working achievement and existed problems of building a learning urban district in Hebei District.Meanwhile,it put forwarded the proper specific opinions and suggestion on promoting the works of building the learning urban district in Hebei District.
