摘 要:目的:分析“PBL+多媒体”教学模式在儿科实习教学中的应用效果,探讨该教学模式对提升实习生临床思维能力的作用。方法:选择在医院儿科实习的197名实习生作为研究对象,实习时间为2018年7月至2018年12月。将所有实习生随机分为两组,一组99人,接受“PBL+多媒体”教学模式,为探究组;另一组98人,接受常规带教模式,为常规组。对比两组实习生在实习结束后的操作技能成绩和理论知识成绩、自我评估评分以及教学效果评估情况。结果:(1)探究组实习生的操作和理论成绩均明显高于常规组,P<0.05;(2)对比两组实习生的各项教学效果评估情况,探究组明显优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:“PBL+多媒体”教学模式在儿科实习教学中的应用效果较好,能有效提升实习生的各项成绩,值得广泛推广。Objective:To analyze the application effect of the PBL+multimedia teaching model in pediatric practice teaching,and to explore its role in promoting the clinical thinking ability of interns.Methods:197 interns practicing in the department of pediatrics of the hospital from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.All the interns were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group contained 99 interns receiving the PBL+multimedia teaching model;the conventional group contained 98 interns receiving the conventional teaching model.After the practice,the two groups were compared in terms of scores of operation skills,scores of theoretical knowledge,scores of self-evaluation,and evaluation of teaching effect.Results:(1)The operation and theory scores of the interns of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);(2)Through the comparison of the teaching effect evaluation between the two groups,the advantage of the experimental group is significant than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect the PBL+multimedia teaching model in pediatric practice teaching is good,and it can effectively improve interns'scores at various levels,so it is worthy of wide application.
