摘　　要：《学记》是中国乃至世界上最早的一篇教育专论,提出了教师开展教育教学的基本要求,尤其是对名师之道作出了全面的阐述:和易以思,“善喻”之道;使人继志,“善教”之道;从容尽声,“善答”之道。这些系统而完整、科学且有效的名师之道,不仅在历史上熠熠生辉,而且为新时代名师成长与培育提供了丰富的历史借鉴。Xueji is the earliest monograph on education in China and even in the world.It puts forward the basic requirements for teachers to carry out education and teaching,with a comprehensive illustration especially for the way of being famous teachers:“being good at telling parables”with harmony and ease in thinking;“good teaching”for people follow the will;“good answering”of being calm down and being expressing fluently.These systematic,complete,scientific and effective way of famous teachers not only shine in history,but also provide rich historical reference for the growth and cultivation of famous teachers in the new era.
