摘　　要：文章以Web of science(WOS)核心数据库和中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收录的茶及相关制品贮藏保鲜相关文献为研究对象,分别采用年际、国家、机构、文献传播与扩散等指标分析评价,并通过VOSviewer软件,对文献中的关键词进行聚类并绘制演进趋势图谱,以期掌握目前该领域的研究现状,并为未来的相关研究提供参考。The paper chose the web of science(WOS)core database and CNKI to assess the tea products storage and preservation bibliometrics.The key analysis indicators of reviewing and evaluating were publishing year,publishing area,publishing organization,literature dissemination and diffusion.Through the VOSviewer software,the keywords in the literature were clustered and the evolution trend maps were drawn,in order to grasp the current research status in this field,and provide reference for future related research.
