摘  要:人工智能的发展对教师职业构成了挑战,当务之急是找寻人工智能替代不了的专业特质,从而为人类教师的重要性辩护。相较于人工智能,人类教师在课程理解诸方面优势明显:在理解层次上,只有人类教师能兼顾广义和狭义的课程理解;在理解方式上,人类教师的"理解范式"无可替代;在理解中介上,人类教师运用语言方面有独特优势;在理解效果上,人类教师的理解更具创造性。这些优势表明,教师课程理解是人工智能时代人类教师何以为师质的规定性,是人类教师的核心存在方式。The development of artificial intelligence poses a challenge to the profession of the teacher.It is urgent to find professional characteristics that artificial intelligence couldn’t replace,and to defend the importance of the teacher.Compared with AI,the teacher has many advantages in understanding curriculum.Only the teacher could give consideration to the broad and narrow sense of curriculum understanding;the understanding paradigm of the teacher is irreplaceable;the teacher has unique advantages in using language;the teacher is more creative in his understanding.These advantages constitute the essence of the teacher in the age of artificial intelligence,as well as the being of the teacher.
