摘 要:近年来,我国中小学教师培训工作取得了长足进步和显著成效,但在施训前对教师实际获得的教学实践经验的分析尚不充分,对教师当前面临的教育教学突出问题的剖析尚不深入,致使教师培训内容的针对性不强,距离因材施训还有较大差距。以外部调研和内部自我诊断测评为手段,基于成人学习理论的视角,只有准确判断教师原有的教学实践经验、及时捕捉教师当前面临的教育教学突出问题,才能精准定位教师研修的逻辑起点,有效地提升教师培训的质量和水平。In recent years,the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China has made great progress and remarkable achievement.However,the analysis of the teaching practice experiences actually obtained by teachers before the training is not sufficient,and the analysis of the outstanding problems of education and teaching that teachers are currently facing is not deep,so the content of training is not targeted to the problems or specifically designed for teachers.We should carry out the training by means of external research and internal self-diagnosis assessment and from the perspective of adult learning theory.Only by accurately judging teachers’original teaching experience.and by capturing in time the prominent problems that teachers face in teaching,can we accurately locate the logical starting point of teachers’training and effectively improve the quality and level of teacher training.
