摘 要:师德可分为社会性师德和个体性师德两个维度。这一区分表明,师德是一个完整的互动性结构系统。没有前者,教师个体行为就缺失了道德指令;没有后者,社会道德要求就缺失了实践栽体。师德建设必须将这两个方面有机结合,将社会的职业规范内化为教师德性、外化为教师善行。师德两个维度对师德评价的启示是:建立科学的评价标准、形成全面的评价视域和突显发展的评价功能,将满足社会对教师的价值期待与促进教师个体的道德发展相统一,从而提高师德评价效益和师德建设的实效性。Teachers'ethics can be divided into two dimensions:social teachers'ethics and individual teachers'ethics.This distinction shows that teachers'ethics is a complete interactive structure system.Without the former,the behaviors of individual teachers will lack the moral instructions;and without the latter,social morality will lack the carrier of practice.The construction of teachers'ethics must combine the above two aspects organically,internalizing social professional norms into teachers'morality and externalizing them into teachers'good deeds.The implications of the two dimensions for the evaluation of teachers'ethics are to establish a scientific standard of evaluation,to form a comprehensive horizon of evaluation,to highlight the developing function of evaluation,and to unify the social value expectation of teachers with the promotion of moral development of individual teachers,all of which will improve the evaluation results of teachers'ethics and the effectiveness of teachers'ethics construction.
