摘 要:《职教二十条》强调高职院校要加强双师型教师队伍建设,企业经历已作为高职任教的先决条件,然而,如何把企业资源转化为课程教学资源是很多高职院校忽视的领域。本文从一线专任教师的角度,在惠州经济职业技术学院和TCL王牌电器(惠州)有限公司校企合作的背景下,以工商管理类课程为例,提出知识更新、案例运用、任务引入、榜样示范等4种企业资源嵌入高职专业课程教学路径,并呈现"我是班线长"现代学徒制特色课程课堂实施案例,进一步提出企业资源运用的有效措施。Article 20 of Vocational Education emphasizes that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers.Enterprise experience has been taken as the prerequisite for teaching in higher vocational colleges.However,how to transform enterprise resources into curriculum teaching resources is an area neglected by many higher vocational colleges.In this paper,starting from a view line full-time teachers,in Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College and TCL King Electrical Appliances(Huizhou)Company Limited,under the background of university-enterprise cooperation,business management courses,for example,proposes using knowledge update,case,tasks into 4 kinds of enterprise resources such as,model demonstration embedded path professional course teaching in high vocational colleges,and presents"I am class line long"modern apprenticeship characteristic curriculum classroom implementation case,Further put forward the effective measures of enterprise resource utilization.
