摘 要:角色扮演法是一种通过在模拟场景中扮演特定角色以获得情感体验及工作技能的教学方法。病史采集是临床医师诊治患者的基本功,也是内科住院医师规范化培训和结业技能考核的重要内容之一。作者详细阐明了采用角色扮演法进行病史采集的教学案例设计和实施,分析了角色扮演法的优点及其注意事项,认为由住院医师分别扮演患者、医生和考官,指导医师进行总结反馈,有助于提高住院医师的病史采集水平,提升教学质量。Role-play is a simulated exercise where one takes on assumed roles in order to gain emotional experience and work skills in a contrived setting. History taking is a skill essential for a doctor, and it is also a core element of a standardized residency training program and the completion assessment. This paper elaborated on how to prepare a role-playing exercise in the history taking course. A resident played the role of a patient, a doctor, or an examiner in predetermined scenarios before receiving immediate and direct feedback from a teacher based on tenets of effective communication and professionalism. The role-play method could leave residents more motivated and accomplished and improve their skills for doctor-patient communication, so it is a feasible and effective instructional strategy for history taking.
