高职院校实施“七育人”过程中的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：通过问卷等方法,发现高职院校在实施“七育人”过程中,教书育人、科研育人、实践育人、管理育人、服务育人、文化育人、组织育人等方面都存在一定问题。针对这些问题,提出了提高高职教育地位,切实建设专职的思政教师和辅导员队伍,压实责任并构建“三全育人”体系,发挥“课程思政”的主渠道作用等策略。Through questionnaire and other methods,it is found that there are some problems in teaching education,scientific education,practice education,management education,service education,culture education,and organization education in the process implementing"Seven Ways to Educate People"of in higher vocational colleges.In order to solve these problems,some strategies are put forward,such as improving the position of higher vocational education,building a full-time team of political teacher and a full-time team of guidance counselor,compacting responsibilities and building a system of three-whole education,and giving the main channel function of"Ideological and Political Education of Curriculum".
