摘　　要：在高职院校体育教学的过程当中注重对学生全面素质教育的培养是开展素质教育的要求。也正因如此,在教学的过程当中开展心理健康教育对于学生成长而言具有重要作用,心理健康教育将直接影响到学生的学习效率,对于学生的终身成长而言也具有重大影响。良好的心理健康教育,能够使学生对人生充满希望,以更加饱满的精神状态迎接生活中的挑战。因此,在高职院校体育教学过程当中,也应当要适当融入心理健康教育内容,从而丰富体育教学内容,更好地实现学生的全面发展。In the process of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges,it is the requirement of quality education to pay attention to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality education.It is also because of this that mental health education plays an important role in the process of teaching.Mental health education will directly affect the learning efficiency of students and also have a great impact on the lifelong growth of students.Good mental health education can make students full of hope for life and meet the challenges in life with more full mental state.Therefore,in the process of physical education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to properly integrate the contents of mental health education,so as to enrich physical education teaching content,better achieve the overall development of students.
