摘 要:落实立德树人根本任务是教育的根本使命,但基础教育实践领域却存在着“应试教育”倾向、偏离党的教育方针等问题,形成了唯分数、唯升学的“顽瘴痼疾”。学校教育思想的偏离、社会发展不充分不平衡、社会选人用人的不当导向是“五唯”形成的原因。落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,需要系统谋划、综合施策,推进基础教育回归立德树人本位;强化分类评价、完善评价标准,引导学校回归正确办学方向;突出师德师风和教育教学实绩评价,引导教师回归教书育人本位。未来,还要继续催生新时代教育评价新理论、新时代教育评价实践新体系、新时代教育评价新技术。Fulfilling the morality education is the fundamental mission of education.However,the basic education practice in reality has the tendency of test-oriented education,which deviates from the education policy of the Communist Party of China and forms the“stubborn disease”of scores-oriented and promotion-oriented concept.The reasons for this phenomenon are the deviation of school education thought,the insufficient and unbalanced social development,as well as the policy orientation of social selection and appointment.Based on The Overall Plan of Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era,it is necessary to promote the basic education to return to the standard of morality education.It is supposed to ameliorate the classification evaluation,refine the evaluation standard,guide the school to return to the correct running direction,pay attention to teachers’ethics and teaching performance evaluation as well as lead teachers to return to the standard of morality education.In the future,the new theory,the new system and the new technology of educational evaluation should be put forward.
