摘  要:高校教学质量对人才培养的竞争力起着决定性作用,同时也关乎到学生的发展和前途。大学英语是高校的一门必修课,所以英语教学就成为组成高等教育的一个有机部分。要加强对大学生的英语综合能力培养,促使教学质量得到不断提高,其关键在于建立科学有效的外语教学质量监控体系,从而能及时发现教学中存在的突出问题,取得更好的教学成效。从外语教学质量监控体系构建应遵循的原则入手,对外语教学中影响质量的主要因素进行简要分析,并详细探讨基于教学评价的外语教学质量监控体系的构建及实践。The quality of teaching in colleges and universities plays a decisive role in the competitiveness of talent training,and it is also related to the development and future of students.College English is a compulsory course in colleges and universities,so English teaching has become an organic part of higher education.To strengthen the training of college students comprehensive English ability and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality,the key is to establish a scientific and effective foreign language teaching quality monitoring system,so as to find out the outstanding problems in teaching in time and achieve better teaching results.Starting from the principles that should be followed in the construction of foreign language teaching quality monitoring system,this paper briefly analyzes the main factors affecting the quality of foreign language teaching,and discusses the construction and practice of foreign language teaching quality monitoring system based on teaching evaluation.
