摘  要:为厘清高职院校新教师入职教育现状,本研究基于教师教育一体化的视角,采用访谈法和文本分析法,对高职新教师入职教育所面临的困境进行归因分析并探索其发展路径。研究发现:高职新教师入职教育在纵向上未能有效衔接职前培养与在职培训,在横向上未能有效整合资源、提高新教师“理实一体”的双师素质,原因一是职教教师教育一体化体系欠缺,二是高职新教师入职教育自身未形成体系。因此,设计一体化的职教教师教育体系、构建操作性强的高职新教师入职教育体系是非常必要且迫切的。In order to clarify the current situation of the induction education of new teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,this study is based on the perspective of teacher education integration,adopting the interview method and text analysis to make attribution analysis on the difficulties faced by new teacher induction education in higher vocational colleges and explore its development path.The study found that higher vocational orientation of the new teacher education on the longitudinal effective connection failed to pre⁃service training and on⁃the⁃job training and on the transverse failed to effectively integrate resources to improve the dual⁃teacher quality of new teachers'"integrity of theory and practice".Reasons are lack of integration of vocational education teacher education system and failing to form a system of the induction education for new teachers in higher vocational schools.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to design an integrated vocational education system for teachers and construct a highly operable induction education system for new teachers in higher vocational colleges.
