摘　　要：人才培养质量是大学的立校之本,人才培养的宏大目标必须立足于教学的微观过程。众多世界一流的研究型大学之所以久负盛名,与其十分重视本科生的课程与教学密不可分,而保障其教学质量和构建卓有成效的课程与教学评价体系息息相关。研究型大学的课程与教学评价应兼具科学性、系统性和引领性。斯坦福大学作为全世界最著名的研究型大学之一,文章通过探析其本科生课程与教学评价体系,以期对我国研究型大学提供有益的经验与启示。The quality of talent training is the foundation of university,and the grand goal of talent training must be based on the microcosmic process of teaching.Many world-class research universities have long been famous for attaching great importance to the curriculum and teaching of undergraduates,and ensuring their teaching quality and constructing effective curriculum and teaching evaluation system.The curriculum and teaching evaluation of research universities should be scientific,systematic and plays a leading role.Stanford University is one of the most famous research universities in the world.This paper analyzes its undergraduate curriculum and teaching evaluation system in order to provide beneficial experience and enlightenment for research universities in China.
