摘 要:目的探索医联体模式下全科师资队伍的建设,促进高素质全科师资队伍的发展,保障全科医师人才的培养。方法依托南京医科大学附属江宁医院区域医联体的优势,提出医联体模式下全科师资队伍建设方案。于2019年6月至2020年6月,以南京医科大学附属江宁医院1家临床教学基地和湖熟、禄口、江宁、汤山、横溪社区卫生服务中心5家基层实践基地的全科师资60人作为研究对象,通过比较方案实施前后全科师资综合能力考评及教学能力自评得分的差异,评估方案实施效果。结果方案实施前后,全科师资理论考试、基本技能考试、教学查房的成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。方案实施1年后,全科师资教学方法与讲课技巧、教案讲稿写作、临床小讲座、PPT制作、教学查房、临床技能示教和全科医学理念及相关政策、教学兴趣及自信心的自评得分均较前有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且全科师资对教学基地建设的满意度显著提升(P<0.01)。结论医联体模式下全科师资队伍的建设,为优化全科师资队伍、培养更多的全科医学人才提供思路。Objective To explore the construction of general practice teaching staff under the mode of"medical alliance",in order to promote the development of high-quality general practice teaching staff and ensure the training of general practitioners.Methods Based on the advantages of the regional medical alliance of Jiangning Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,this study forwarded the construction scheme of general practice teaching staff under the mode of"medical alliance”.From June 2019 to June 2020,60 teachers of general practice were recruited from 1 clinical base of Jiangning Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University and 5 primary practice bases of Hushu,Lukou,Jiangning,Tangshan,and Hengxi Community Health Service Centers as the research subjects,and the comprehensive ability assessment and teaching ability self-assessment scores before and after the implementation of the scheme were compared to evaluate the implementation effect of the scheme.Results The scores of theoretical examinations,basic skills examinations,and teaching rounds of general practice teachers were significantly different from those before the implementation of the scheme(P<0.05).One year after the implementation of the scheme,the self-assessment scores of teaching methods and lecturing skills of the general subjects teachers,teaching plan and presentation writing,clinical short lectures,PPT production,teaching rounds,clinical skills teaching,general practice concepts and related policies,teaching interests and confidence were all higher than those before(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of the teachers of general subjects with the construction of the teaching bases increased significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion The construction of general practice teaching staff under the"medical alliance"model provides ideas for optimizing the general practice teaching staff and cultivating more general practice talents.
