摘  要:目的探讨案例式教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合问题式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)运用于口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生牙体牙髓病学的教学效果。方法选取包头医学院第一附属医院口腔科口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生,随机分为传统教学组(对照组)和CBL联合PBL教学组(观察组),各21人。对照组结合口腔全科住院医师规范化培训教学大纲进行传统的讲授式教学法(lecturebased learning,LBL)教学,观察组采用CBL联合PBL教学模式进行教学。一个轮转周期结束后,通过出科理论考核、出科技能考核、病例设计汇报、问卷调查评价教学质量。结果两组理论考核及技能考核成绩差异无统计学意义,但观察组病例设计汇报成绩显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);进行问卷调查,观察组在教学效果(技能及知识的掌握深度、学习兴趣、分析和解决问题能力)方面高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合PBL教学模式能显著提高口腔医学硕士专业学位研究生对牙体牙髓病学病例设计和汇报能力、学习的积极性及分析解决问题的能力。Objective This article aimed to explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)method combined with problem-based learning(PBL)method in endodontics teaching of"Double-track Education Mode".Methods Forty-two resident doctors receiving"Double-track Education Mode"in Stomatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were equally and randomly divided into the control group,applying traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group,applying CBL method combined with PBL method.In traditional teaching group,learning-based learning was applied according to Standardized Training Syllabus for residents of oral general practice.In the experimental group,students were taught by CBL method combined with PBL method.After one teaching cycle,the qualities of teaching methods were evaluated by theory examination,skill examination,case reports and questionnaire surveys.Results There were no differences in the correct rates of theory examination and skill examination between two groups.The case report results of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Questionnaire surveys showed that the experimental group was more satisfied with their mastery of skills and knowledge,interest in learning,analysis and problem-solving ability than those of the traditional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistical ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL method combined with PBL method in endodontics teaching may not only significantly improve the residents'abilities of case design and reporting,but also the abilities of analysis and problem-solving as well as learning motivation in"Double-track Education Mode".
