摘 要:素质教育是我国基础教育改革发展的战略主题,具有鲜明的时代特征和重要的理论价值。现实中,人们对素质教育仍存在一定的误解,如认为素质教育是摒弃考试、自由放任的教育,是一蹴而就、立竿见影的教育,是分割离析、重“量”轻“质”的教育。基于南京一中“素质教育事件”的分析显示,我国素质教育面临的瓶颈是:教育场域中固有的利益机制难以突破,素质教育实践操作未形成完备体系,素质教育与教育评价体制不易对接。要实现素质教育的现实超越,必须坚定教育自信,从社会系统角度全面审视素质教育;关注学校差异,努力创建各具特色的成功范例;明确评价责任,实施“质”“量”并陈的综合评价。Quality education is the strategic theme of reform and development of basic education in China,which has distinct characteristics of the times and important theoretical value.In reality,there are still some misunderstandings about quality education.For example it is believed that quality education is a kind of education that abandons examinations and is laissez faire.It is a kind of education that can be achieved in one step and has an immediate effect.It is a kind of education that emphasizes"quantity"but ignores"quality".Based on the analysis of"quality-oriented education event"in Nanjing No.1 Middle School,it is found that the quality education in China faces many bottlenecks.For instance,the inherent interest mechanism in the field of education is difficult to break through,the practice of quality education has not formed a complete system,and the quality education and education evaluation system are not easy to connect.In order to realize the reality transcendence of quality education,we must strengthen education self-confidence,comprehensively examine quality education from the perspective of social system,pay attention to school differences,strive to create successful examples with different characteristics,clarify the responsibility of evaluation,and implement the comprehensive evaluation of"quality"and"quantity".
