残疾大学生就业环节校企合作的探索和实践

摘　　要：为了提升残疾大学生就业率和就业质量,残疾人高等教育院校应主动寻求合作机会,做好已有合作运营常规化,并在学生就业辅导、学生创业支持、企业培训支持、企业宣传支持、企业社会责任支持等方面与企业进行深度合作。专业教师、班主任、辅导员要充分参与就业支持工作。实践证明就业环节的校企合作对学生就业有关键的支撑作用,一些做法具有明显效果。In order to improve the employment rate and employment quality of college students with disability,universities should take the initiative to seek cooperation opportunities,run the existing cooperation smoothly,and develop in-depth cooperation with enterprises in student employment guidance,student entrepreneurship support,enterprise training support,enterprise publicity support,as well as enterprise social responsibility support.Professional teachers,class teachers and counselors should participate in employment support work.The practice has proved that the school-enterprise cooperation in the employment link plays a key role in supporting the employment of students with disability and some approaches have had obvious effects.
