摘  要:党的十九大擘画了“建设教育强国,加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育”的伟大目标,这对教师专业素养提出了更高要求。教师素养的提升离不开教师教育专业化的发展。在新时代教育改革发展的总体格局中,必须把教师队伍建设提上国家战略的优先议程。围绕党和国家的重大战略,未来中国的教师教育应当充分重视师德建设,强调依法治教的全面推进和师范教育的改革创新,提升教师的职业归属感、获得感和荣誉感,继而促使教师队伍建设紧跟教育事业快速发展的步伐,满足新时代对教师专业化发展的新要求。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set out the great goal of“building a powerful country of education,accelerating educational modernization and running an education satisfying the people”.It puts forwards higher requirements for teachers professional quality.The improvement of teachers quality is inseparable from the professionalization of teacher education.In the overall setup of educational reform and development in the new era,it is necessary to give the development of teachers team the priority in national strategy.Around the major strategies of the party and the country,China's teacher education in the future should pay full attention to the construction of teachers morality,emphasize the comprehensive promotion of teaching in accordance with law and the innovative reform of normal education,and improve teachers professional sense of belonging,acquisition and honor,which in turn encourage teachers team construction to keep up with the pace of the rapid development of education career and to meet the new requirements to teachers professionalization in the modern era.
