摘 要:目的探讨Seminar结合CBL教学法在心血管临床教学培训及考核中的应用效果.方法以某院2017年9月1日-2019年6月30日在医院实习的50名硕士研究生为研究对象,研究周期从2018年3月1日-2018年4月30日,随机分为试验组的Seminar联合CBL教学法组和对照组的传统教学法组,每组25名学生.进行为期8周的两种教学模式的对比临床实习教学授课.试验组采用Seminar联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法.期满结束后两组通过理论考试、病例分析考试、调查问卷等方式的比较对两组的教学效果进行评价.结果⑴试验组的Seminar联合CBL教学法组的理论考试和技能操作考试均高于对照组的传统教学法组.理论知识成绩对比:试验组90.68±4.23分,对照组80.36±3.82分;病例分析成绩对比:试验组89.43±4.96分,对照组73.55±5.18分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;⑵试验组的Seminar联合CBL教学法组问卷调查在提高学习兴趣、提高语言表达能力、提高文献检索能力、提高科研能力、提高人际交往能力等方面试验组较对照组成绩明显具有优势,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论在心血管教学中应用Seminar结合CBL教学法较传统教学法优势明显,有助于提高学生成绩和对学生综合能力如科研能力、人际交往能力的培养.Objective To explore the application effect of seminar combined with CBL teaching method in cardiovascular clinical teaching training and assessment.Methods from September 1,2017 to June 30,2019,50 postgraduates in a clinical hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group of seminar combined with CBL teaching method group and the control group of traditional teaching method group,with 25 students in each group.The comparative clinical practice teaching of the two teaching modes lasted for 8 weeks,from March 1,2018 to April 30,2018.The experimental group adopted seminar combined with CBL teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.At the end of the period,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the theoretical examination,case analysis test and questionnaire.Results(1)The theory test and skill operation test of seminar combined with CBL teaching method group in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching method group in the control group.The scores of theoretical knowledge were 90.68±4.23 in the experimental group and 80.36±3.82 in the control group;the scores of case analysis were 89.43±4.96 in the experimental group and 73.55±5.18 in the control group,all P<0.05;(2)In the questionnaire survey of seminar combined with CBL teaching method group in improving learning interest,language expression ability,literature retrieval ability,scientific research ability and interpersonal communication ability,the experimental group has obvious advantages over the control group,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with the traditional teaching method,seminar combined with CBL teaching method has obvious advantages in cardiovascular teaching,which helps to improve students’performance and cultivate their comprehensive abilities such as scientific research ability and interpersonal communication ability.
