摘  要:从教育生态学角度来看,高职课堂是一个影响因素多、相互关联性强的教育生态系统。通过分析影响高职课堂教学效果的四个因素,从增强课堂生态主体意识、优化课堂生态环境、创新生态课堂教学模式、改善生态课堂的组织结构、用群体动力规范课堂秩序、打造混合共生型生态课堂六个维度提出了高职生态课堂有效管理策略,以期为构建和谐统一的高职生态课堂提供有利借鉴。From the perspective of ecology of education,higher vocational classroom is an ecological system of education with many influencing factors and strong interrelation.By analyzing the four factors influencing the effect of classroom teaching,the paper proposes six effective management strategies for the ecological classroom in higher vocational colleges,namely,strengthening the consciousness of classroom ecology main body,optimizing the ecological environment in classroom and innovation ecology classroom teaching mode,improving the organizational structure of ecological classroom,standardizing the classroom order with group power,and creating a mixed symbiotic ecological classroom,so as to provide favorable reference for the construction of a harmonious and unified ecological classroom in higher vocational colleges.
