摘  要:通过对现代学徒制的研究和实践探索,总结出一种建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式,即“四双四融、工学交替、多元发展”人才培养模式,将课程体系分成五个模块,实行“0.8+0.2+0.5+0.5+0.2+0.8”工学交替现代学徒制教学过程,社会各方积极参与,校企共同聘师招生、联合培养,制定了各项现代学徒制规章制度,三方参与考核评价。Through the research and practical exploration into the modern apprenticeship,a modern apprenticeship talent training mode for archilectural engineering technology major is summarized in this paper,namely,the talent training mode of“Four pairs and four integration,Learning and working alternation,and Diversified development”.And the curriculum system is divided into five modules,in which the teaching process of“0.8+0.2+0.5+0.5+0.2+0.8”for modern apprenticeship is implemented with learning and working alternation,all sectors of society take an active part,the schools and the enterprises together employ teachers,recruit students and jointly give training,they formulate various rules and regulations for modern apprenticeship,and the three parties participate in the assessment and evaluation.
