烟台市售药食同源物质中37种杀虫剂及杀菌剂残留水平分析

摘　　要：目的调查烟台市售药食同源物质中杀虫剂和杀菌剂残留水平并评价其食用安全风险。方法采取随机抽样的方法采集烟台市内8个县市区内9种药食同源物质164份,依据《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的标准操作程序对21种杀虫剂和16种杀菌剂进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果药食同源物质中农药总检出率29.3%,共检出7种杀菌剂和2种杀虫剂,均未超出GB 2763—2019及中国药典限量要求。龙眼、山药、芡实中无检出,枸杞、山楂、枣、莲子、茯苓、薏苡仁中杀虫剂及杀菌剂检出率分别为80.0%、73.7%、60.0%、15.8%、9.5%、5.6%。共检出7种杀菌剂和2种杀虫剂。检出较多的农残种类为多菌灵(26.8%)、甲基硫菌灵(18.9%)、戊唑醇(18.3%)和苯醚甲环唑(17.1%)。结论烟台市售药食同源物质杀虫剂及杀菌剂虽有检出,但含量总体水平较低,未超过限量值。Objective To investigate the residual levels of pesticides and fungicides in medicine and food homologues sold in Yantai and to evaluate food safety risks.Methods A total of 164 samples of nine kinds of medicine and food homologues were collected randomly in eight districts of Yantai.Based on the Manual of China National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring,21 insecticides and 16 fungicides were analyzed,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The detection rate of insecticides and fungicides residue in the samples was 29.3%.Among all the samples,seven fungicides and two insecticides were detected,but they did not exceed the limit value according to GB 2763-2019 and Chinese Pharmacopoeia.No residues were detected in longan,yam,and gorgon.The detection rates of insecticides and fungicides in wolfberry,hawthorn,jujube,lotus seed,poria and coix seed were 80.0%,73.7%,60.0%,15.8%,9.5%,and 5.6%,respectively.The most frequently detected species were carbendazim(26.8%),thiophanate-methyl(18.9%),tebuconazole(18.9%),and difenoconazole(17.1%).Conclusion Although the pesticides and fungicides in medicine and food homologues sold in Yantai have been detected,the overall level of content is low,not exceeding the limit value.
