多元化教学法在中医院校西医内科临床见习中的应用

摘　　要：临床见习是医学生由基础向临床学习的过渡阶段,是培养学生正确临床思维方法、利用所学知识探索解决临床问题从而提高专业兴趣的关键时期。多元化教学法以学生为中心,运用多媒体教学、案例教学(Case-based learning,CBL)、基于问题式学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)、标准化病人、角色扮演与床边见习教学等多种模式,通过生动案例学习,不仅可以培养学生养成良好临床思维习惯,缓解临床教学压力,而且可以提高学习效果。Clinical probation is a transitional stage from basic to clinical learning for medical students.It is the crucial stage to cultivate students’correct clinical thinking methods,to solve clinical problems with the knowledge they have learned,and to improve their professional interests.Multiple teaching is Student-centered,which combines multimedia teaching,case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)teaching,standardized patient,role-playing and bedside probation teaching.Through vivid cases study,it can help students form good clinical thinking habits,alleviate the pressure of clinical teaching,and improve the effect of learning.
