摘  要:分析了我国近年乳品和油脂的产量、进出口现状与消费需求;以多环芳烃和二噁英为例,阐述了国内外乳品、油脂的安全标准差异和研究进展;探讨了当前国内市场乳品、油脂的供应安全、质量安全和膳食安全问题。基此,提出了增强我国乳品、食用油脂及其制品多维安全的应对策略和建议,为我国乳品和食用油脂的生产加工、营养健康、物流贮存、商贸政策及监管检验等提供多视角参考。The production,import and export status and consumption trend of dairies and edible oils in China in recent years were analyzed. Taking polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dioxins as examples,the differences of safety standards and research progress of dairy products and oils at home and abroad were described. The supply safety,quality safety and dietary safety of dairies and oils in domestic market were discussed. Based on these,the countermeasures to improve the multi-dimensional security and safety of dairies,edible oils and their products in China were put forward. These concerns may provide a multi-perspective reference for the production and processing,nutrition and health,logistics and storage,trade policy,supervision and inspection of dairy products and edible oils in China.
