摘  要:翻译研究中存在的形式对等与意义对等之争在诗歌翻译中体现的尤为突出。本文站在形式对等的立场,主要借鉴翻译语言学派对形式与意义的理论阐发,以日本和歌汉译为例,从诗学、可译性与历史演变的三个维度论述了诗歌汉译中选择形式对等的重要性、可行性与历史必然性。在此基础上,笔者认为在当今的文化语境中,文学作品中译外的归化取向与外译中的异化取向是二者处于不同历史发展阶段的策略体现,在本质上不仅不是矛盾的,反而是一体的两面,共同服务于我国当今的文化战略与精神文明建设。The debate between formal equivalence and semantic equivalence in translation studies is particularly heated in poetry translation.From the standpoint of formal equivalence,this study mainly draws on the theoretical elucidations of form and meaning in translation linguistics.Taking the Chinese translation of Japanese Waka as an example,this article discusses the importance,feasibility and historical inevitability of choosing formal equivalence in Chinese translation of poetry from the dimensions of poetics,translatability and historical evolution.On the basis of this,we hold that in today’s cultural context,domestication,used in translation from foreign languages into Chinese and foreignization,used in translation from Chinese into foreign languages in the interpretation of literary works are two different strategies at two different stages of historical development.They are not contradictory in nature but are two sides of one instrument,serving China’s current cultural strategy and spiritual civilization construction together.
