摘  要:目的通过PBL(problem-based learning,PBL)联合情景模拟教学法(scenario-based learning,SBL)在口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤教学中的构建与实践,探索适用于口腔颌面外科学教学的新方法。方法选择上海交通大学口腔医学院2016级口腔医学专业本科学生为对象,随机抽取10名学生组成实验组,使用PBL联合情景模拟教学法;其余46名同学组成对照组,只单独使用传统PBL教学法。使用所有学生理论成绩和综合成绩作为基线标准,引入课堂观察员对所有学生在PBL课程中的表现进行评分。结果根据教学效果评价组间比较可得,理论成绩和综合成绩对照组与实验组的得分无统计学差异,但是PBL学习表现成绩实验组得分(91.70±4.22)高于对照组(88.05±3.15),且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合情景模拟教学法在口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤的的教学中,学生的学习效果优于传统PBL教学法,在口腔颌面外科学教学中具有良好的应用前景,在未来的教学工作中可以进一步应用、论证、完善和推广。Objective A new method suitable for Oral&Maxillofacial Surgery teaching was explored through the combination of Problem-based learning(PBL)and Scenario-based learning(SBL)in the construction and practice during the teaching of Oral and Maxillofacial Oncology.Methods Students majoring in stomatology of grade 2016 from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Stomatology were selected for investigate objects.Ten students were randomly selected to form the experimental group,using PBL combination with SBL method.The remaining 46 students form the control group,using only the traditional PBL teaching method alone.Using the theoretical and comprehensive scores of all students as the baseline standards,classroom observers were introduced to rate the performance of all students in the PBL course.Results According to the comparison between the teaching effect evaluation groups,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and comprehensive scores between the control group and the experimental group,but the PBL learning performance score of the experimental group(91.70±4.22)was higher than that of the control group(88.05±3.15),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The students'learning effect of the combination of PBL and SBL is better than that of the traditional PBL teaching method in the teaching of Oral&Maxillofacial-Head&Neck Oncology,which has a good application prospect in the teaching of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,and can be further applied,demonstrated,perfected and promoted in the future teaching work.
